You’ll do everything without weights or machines, using old body weight and sandbags.

You’ll become friends with lactic acid and learn to stay composed under discomfort, pain, and fatigue.

  • Arrive early. On time is late.

Pricing

  • First week is free. Try it, no pressure, but don’t expect to last.

  • If you choose to come back, it’s $1 every workout, all donated to charity.
